"We lived here for the past few years and had an amazing experience. The ground is very well maintained, the amenities are perfect, and the staff is extremely friendly. Kudos to everyone working here, you are doing a great job!"
"Woodlake only got two stars because the amenities is amazing. They have a lake, a tiny playground, tennis courts, a pool, a clubhouse that still hasn't opened because of COVID, small pools here and there, and courtyards for almost every apartment building. However, the management is horrible, and the lady who is the president of the complex is a total Karen. The HOA costs around $600, and keeps on increasing. The buildings are really old, and the walls are paper thin. They are so thin that I can hear my neighbor talking on the phone, while she is about 5 feet away from the connecting wall. There are also some very loud dogs here that bark at the most inconvenient of times. There are also some very cranky old people here that yell at you for every little noise you make. Another thing that I hate about this place is that there was a fire a fe years back and the administration handled it horribly. While the entire building was worrying about where they were going to live, the administration was just trying to take as much money from us, and spend the least on the reconstruction of the building. They ended hiring these scammers, Ryan and Ryan (I wrote a horrible review for them too, go read it), and they took 9 months to repair a building that is now slowing decomposing (our heater, and our wall just suddenly broke because of bad construction. This all wouldn't of happened if the administration had just hired proper contractors. My suggestion? Only move here if you have no kids, don't have any loud parties, and have good noise cancelling headphones, and are such an introvert that you won't yell at the administration. Ty for reading this rant with all my pent up hate!"
"We visited family there. It's huge but very pretty and landscaped well. It has a pool and a duck pond. Don't park in someone's spot."
"My girlfriend lives here and the amenities are nice. The problem with there apartments is that they are old and the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors talking, their music and TV. I would not recommend just for that reason. And it's right next to the high school, freeway and Cal Train. Can you say, noisy?"
"I don't live at the Condominiums, but rather stumbled upon their pond after taking a walk around the neighborhood. I came here on a Sunday morning and was greeted by a beautiful and serene lake in the midst of a residential neighborhood. There were ducks in the water and even a quiet area to sit to enjoy the beauty. If you're in the area I recommend stopping by to take in the scenery. I wouldn't describe the pond magnificent, but I do think it's a great way to walk and unwind if you want to find some peace. There's also a shopping plaza with a safeway and starbucks should you want to grab a bite to eat."
