"I moved into Bridgepointe almost a year and a half ago now. And I love it here. Yes, the water takes forever to heat up because of the older broiler system that needs recirculating pumps added. And they need to put up signs in the driveway to stop blocking the driveway lanes. But other than that, I have no complaints. Infact, Samantha in the office is super helpful and always greets you with a smile, genuine kindness, and caring approach. The complex general manager has recently changed. And thank God it did! Christina seems very genuine, knowledgeable, and respectful of space and privacy. I look forward to her leadership around the complex. I have a feeling she is going to clean up this place a bit. A few maintenance issues have developed since the change in management in that department. But Julio seems to be picking up the pieces and handlings maintenance requests better than his new manager does. I just wish they would clean up after the garbage men like they used to when the last maintenance manager was here. Yes, there are small things that could use some polishing. But that's normal in any community living situation. For the most part. The buildings are well maintained, my neighbors are awesome, the units are spacious and they have a number of floor plans to choose from. They just finished repainting the entire community and it looks great. Now they're looking to update the parking garage and community gates. They're constantly updating this place and I truly appreciate that! Even if it can be a bit inconvenient while in progress. It's conveniently located next to every store you will ever need and all the freeways. It's pet friendly and my dog has made a few new friends in the community. I love living at Bridgepointe Parkway Apartments!"

"[HEALTH CONCERN] There is a ROTTEN STENCH in the elevator, and even after reporting this to the management, they have not done anything about it. One week they cleaned the elevator but the smell was back the next day. It seems that the air from the trash/compost is directly blowing into the elevator unit. The cause can be very well bacterial, and is very much a health and safely issue which should be taken seriously through a city inspection."

"During my recent visit to Bridgepointe, I toured their 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments. The leasing agent was quite patient and showed me several available units. I showed interest in one of the units. However, I was informed that prices fluctuate daily based on availability—either increasing or decreasing. Interestingly, a new unit became available, causing a $100 decrease in the overall pricing of units. Surprisingly, the unit I was interested in had its price increased by $100, making it $200 higher per month compared to the other units. Overall, my leasing experience was disappointing as leasing is taking advantage of the tours and fluctuating the prices. Updating Rating and Review Looks like it was a system error and when I reached out to the leasing agent Robert with my concern, he looked into the issue and helped with my new lease. Just signed new lease at Bridgepointe. Thank you Samantha and Robert for your assistance."

"Moved out after a year due to job requirements, but had a great time while here. It is quiet, and the maintenance does a great job at getting to anything wrong in a prompt timeframe, while being sure to get expert help for anything out of their scope. LeAndrea always made sure to help us out when we had any sort of administrative issues."

"I moved out from Bridgepointe after 1 year of residency. Not only did they not return any of my deposit back, they charged me extra for fees that resident should not be responsible for according to state law. We were sent a bill for cleaning, painting, and replacing ALL carpets after leaving the unit very clean with absolutely minimal wear and tear. There were also a lot of calculation errors in our itemized receipt, including miscalculation of the deposit I paid when move-in, which should have never happened if it was a well-organized apartment management company. The management is very inefficient. It’s been almost 2 months since my move-out and I still haven’t gotten any of my deposit back, all I got was “we will give you a response ASAP.” The only way to resolve this issue is to take it to the court."
