"my worst renting experience so far. it’s impossible to get any maintenance request fulfilled, even when it’s an emergency, because they have an extremely stupid system where they put out a request into the void and just hope that some vendor accepts it. most times, even if the request is escalated, a vendor won’t accept it for weeks and Belong will just shrug their shoulders and say that “oh but the request has been escalated”. there is zero accountability, and I have to make a 100 calls to get anything ever fixed."

"I would give zero stars if I could. We have had a non functioning water heater for 8 days. This is the second time since early December that we have been without hot water for an unacceptably long period of time. It is not only unsanitary to not have running water but it is also a health code violation. We have called, emailed and sent in numerous maintenance requests and nothing has been done about it. Our child is currently undergoing chemo and we are literally boiling water to try and bathe her. The company is well aware of this and is still refusing to perform the maintenance that they are legally responsible for. You expect better service and support when you're paying almost $4000 a month for rent. Very disappointed. Editing to add, the number provided below is just their normal number. I’ve called that number dozens of times (6 times today alone) and no one picks up."

"Renting from this company has been the single worst experience I have had in a decade of being a renter. They are unresponsive for anything related to maintenance. My heater has been out for over a month. They sent an unlicensed handyman out to replace the furnace, and their vendor somehow managed to install the system backwards so it blows hot air out the intake. I didn't even know that was possible. The second vendor that was sent out is a real HVAC technician who told me it was a good thing we didn't run the heater like that because it would have flooded our home with carbon monoxide. Not to mention the month we spent with sewage leaking into the subfloor with no answer from belongs "pro service maintenance" we had to call the city to get them to fix the heater. 8 code violation citations later and we still don't have a working heater. My family and I intended on staying in our home for several years. We will not be renewing this lease. I have called that number already to speak with a supervisor. I am certain your supervisors are simply AI bots that respond to Google reviews because none of them have been available in the 10 times I have attempted to get in touch with one."
