"Any time before today this review would be five stars. However, today was a. "worst experience ever" day for the Fossil store at South Coast. I am a long time customer and have purchased handbags, jewelry, watches, etc. from Fossil because it is such a reliable brand and made with so much integrity. Usually the staff is very accommodating. Not today. I was interested in a handbag and was shopping with my husband. The girl who waited on me told me about the terrific sale and seemed nice, but I had to leave the store to find my husband and come back for the bag. When I returned, it was as if the girl was a different person. She was short and rude. I asked about the return policy and she told me I could return the bag unused and if there was any signs of it being used Fossil would not refund the money. Then I asked what length the necklace I was going to buy was and she said, "I think it is 18 inches." I said, "Can we be sure and measure it?" She turned away and did not accommodate my request. She was so off putting, I did not buy the bag or the necklace. This, BTW, cost Fossil over $200 and a very loyal customer. Sorry, Fossil, Bye-Bye. Wynndi D."

"Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products too. I was here over a year ago to buy my watch. I've been having troubles with it and needed to send it in for repair. The same sales person that sold me the watch helped me send it in to get fixed. Both the sale and the start of the repair process were quick and painless. No pushy sales feeling either. BTW, I love my watch and get more compliments on it than any other watch I have."
