"I don't write negative review impact this is my first review. Incompetents nasty and rude behavior, He doesn't deserve a star at all. He should learn how to talk and communicate better not only his way. He becomes agitated once u question him about his expertise or his product. I left the store confused a sad he's very negative personality and negative energy surround on him. You loose a customer, plus everything there was so expensive, if you asked to lower it a bit he will yelled at you, How can you be in business with that character."

"This guy destroyed my sons bracelet. He was to do a small repair and somehow put a dent in the plate, put a piece that didn’t match and a rough metal piece. How the hell do you make a repair and Ruin the piece."

"This guy is so good, that he doesn't even have to LOOK at your jewelry to tell you that it's glass! Did I say good? I meant terrible. When you politely ask him how he can tell that your stone is glass and not a hand cut Aesscher, he shrugs and says "because!", and waves you away in dismissal. Really? The only reason this guy makes money is because he is next to David's Bridal. My advice: go elsewhere."
