"Went here a few times and was very happy. Then, last time when we picked up our clothes they smelled under the arms (typical body order). My husband let them know and they said they would make sure it didn’t happen again. We did not request a refund. We dropped off those clothes and others for cleaning. Then, today my husband went to pick up the clothes and they still smelled. He asked to talk to the owner and told him the issue. The owner said they don’t get smells out. My husband told him the whole story about having this be the 2nd time. This time he requested a refund for the clothing that still smelled. The owner yelled at him and said we were trying to get our clothes cleaned for free. This after we gave them another chance to make it right! He refused to refund us. We will not be back."

"My parents used them in the early seventies and I use them for quite some time now. Friendly staff, quality work, fast same day pick up and very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? I don’t know what’s wrong with people giving them a 1 star.. maybe these are their competitors."

"I checked their closing time on line, it was marked as 5 pm on Saturday (12/18/21). I made a special trip to pick up my 2 shirts and 1 pants. I arrived a few minutes after 4pm. Door was locked. I looked on the door, times were Saturday 7-5pm. I arrived about 5 minutes after 4pm. When I knocked on the glass door, one of the women who knows me as a regular customer, so many years I can't even remember, motioned "sliced throat" like "we are closed". I pointed to the sign on the door, she and the other worker completely ignored me. I was only about 15 feet away from them, with my ticket in hand. Unbelievable Bad Service. It would have taken 30 seconds to hand me my clothing. Maybe they can't tell time. An additional paper was on the door saying on December 24, they will be closed at 4pm. That I understand. I am done with businesses that treat their customer like this, it's the end for me. I have a business too. I go out of my way to please my customers and they know it. This place, forget it. Felt like a slap in the face."
