"Scheduled services with this company and they simply didn’t show up. They had the nerve to call us 2 hours later after the 2 hour window to ask if we can reschedule. I declined because had already wasted part of my day due to the fact that they couldn’t call me or text me at any point during the two hour window to let me know that they are gonna be late or that they were running behind. Simply not texting or calling is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. Heed my warning, use a different company who will actually respect your time."

"Juan was full of misinformation. Told us our dryer vent did not connect to the roof, had to correct him and show him a picture I took in the attic. When he went to clean the vent from the roof he was cleaning the skylight tube. He had an attitude about it too. This did not clear the vent blockage and we tried to have someone back out under the "90 day guarantee" but the company stopped responding. Juan made two different appointments with my parents from his personal phone number, and didn't show up to either, making ridiculous lies each time. What a mess dealing with them has been."
