"I unequivocally recommend Rainbow Restoration of San Diego County. Recently, we experienced a leak in the master bedroom of our 1 story house. After searching for all the usual suspects, the leak was detected. They found a tiny crack in the fiberglass tub & shower combo. It only leaked when someone was taking a shower. With the leak detected and stopped, the testing began. Although no dangerous mold was found, there was asbestos discovered in some of the existing material. This required a special crew to remove the contaminants in a controlled way so the work area would be a safe environment. Now the drying process began with special equipment. Not only did we have to remove and replace the tub/shower combo but also carpet, drywall, toilet, the vanity, trim and tile flooring. What a headache! Had it not been for the professional, knowledgeable, and patient help from Rainbow Restoration , our disruption could have been much worse. They guided us through the process. Their project managers and lead men as well as their professional trades men all seemed to be sympathetic to what we were experiencing and communicated well to keep us apprised of the progress. "Kyle came out after our bathroom flooded and with help of a few other men, completely cleaned and dried out the flooded area. This included carpet removal, drywall and baseboard removal , and the setting up of fans and dehumidifiers which ran for four days.Kyle explained everything thoroughly and did a professional job. "Rainbow Restoration in Escondido, CA My husband and I just had a new roof put on our home and unfortunately after the rains we had in SD it leaked!! Daniel, William & John from Rainbow Restoration came to my rescue. William & John have been here at my home every day now for about 2 weeks taking care of the damage and especially taking the time to inform me on a daily basis on what they would be doing so I understood exactly what was happening and what to expect.
