"We called E&G to repair our leaking toilet. It's a new low-flow type bowl. When their worker looked at it, he had never seen this type of mechanism. I few minutes later he had disassembled it and found the problem. He left and returned with a new rubber washer-looking thing. It fixed the problem. I was very impressed since we had two handymen look at it and refused to work on it. The worker was very intuitive! Only charged us for the visit, not even the part!"
