"I came here with my Honda CRV. I wanted to change the oil and replace the vipers. I inquired about the cost of replacing the vipers with the woman at the front desk. It will cost $30, she said, so I said, "Go for it." She returned after a while and informed me that the mechanic had estimated that the job would cost $100, including labor. What did I say? You mentioned $30 and then $100 all of a sudden so she could explain something, and I chose not to pursue it. It appears that the mechanic is irate since I am only performing an oil change and not replacing any parts. I questioned the front desk lady, "Do you find any issues in the car?" once my car was ready. She stated, "The car's engine oil is leaking." The car was working nearly like brand new and now all of sudden an engine oil leak. I highly doubt that these guys wrecked the automobile in order to get extra money. If you truly want to safeguard your car and save money, stay away from this shop."
