"This was the second i time my wife and I got our taxes done at this place. We won’t return ever again. Mylhin made various rude comments, totally unprofessional. She flat out asked how we could afford basic living costs with our “low” income. She constantly compared her financial situation to ours for no reason, maybe to try to feel superior? She would compare her husband’s 150k income with my own income far less than that. She was more concerned about our income being less than her Family’s, than actually worrying about filling out the forms correctly (writing my ssn wrong and me having to correct her). My wife and I are a young couple that have been married for a couple of years with a young baby. We’re just starting out our lives and relied on a professional’s help to help us with our taxes. We’re both very upset with how we were treated. I don’t recommend this place."
