"I’ve had returns from using this tax preparer, however this last year I am truly confused because I was told there would be an extension for another month for the year 2023. I checked the IRS website & there is a form that needs to be filed and there was no extension unless filed by the individual so now my taxes are late & I am not completely certain Javier even knows this information. If I have to pay additional money for inaccurate information given to me, I am going to be very upset & will no longer be coming here. I only went here because my mother referred me to this place, otherwise I wouldn’t be here. As I’ve been told Javier doesn’t live in California All year round, I’m not sure if the regulations in Texas are different than California, but California isn’t Texas, Javier. I’ve only returned to file Tax audits he filed incorrectly. For someone who claims to have served in the military I would think he would know better on what to do. I really don’t appreciate when people tell me false information. If you lie to me about financial matters as such, You do end up on bad terms with me, so please don’t continue giving out information if you don’t know the right answer, say I don’t know instead of being a Con artist."

"I've had 2 different experiences here. The 1st time was an OK experience filling out the taxes. But, the 2nd time was not professional at all, I came in with the intention to just see the estimate of my tax return was going to be. And the guy ended up submitting all the info, which confused me. Because I didn't know if he didn't hear what I said or he just flat out ignored what I said. So I basically had to pay him, I also did have some flyer he gave me in the past experience for a discount for future tax services. He just ignored the flyer and didn't even apply to it the total. Not coming back. Do not recommend this place."
