A People's Choice

"They advertise being just a legal document prep service and that they don’t give legal advice etc. fine. Called and told them I needed help prepping unlimited civil case paperwork. Once I mentioned to them that I was suing an LLC/management company they suddenly said “oh, we don’t do that”… huh? So you prep this SAME paperwork for everything else, but when it comes to suing a specific type of company, you guys suddenly are incapable of filling out the paperwork? What on earth does it matter who I am suing? This company is hired strictly to put the paperwork together, but that’s obviously false advertising, as they seem to have a vested interest in protecting certain people/business by refusing to help you. There’s literally no reason for them to refuse to work on my case, they are only filling out the packet and that’s it, but yeah. Don’t waste your time with this place and please take your business elsewhere. They are biased, and that is clear."

"This place doesn’t communicate with you until after you pay a non refundable $350. And if you think you have an easy case, they say you should pay more. I had better luck going to my courthouse. This place sucks. They don’t communicate well."
