"I took them a yellow gold chain for repair and they fixed it with a silver color solder so it’s extremely obvious where it was repaired. There is yellow gold solder so they could’ve made it less obvious, just chose not to. Regret going there. The next place I took it to laughed and asked why would anybody do that. Really weird."

"Please never go to these people they are a con artist and not real jewelers also the woman was a racist. I came in to get a simple bezel polished and buffed. The easiest work for any jeweler apparently not these people. They get afraid when you bring real metal in because they're selling fake metal. FYI Owner, No one refused I was simply looking for a better deal the $40 to drill. Sooooo. Keep your options. You have Horrible service"
"I had a wonderful experience here. I came to get a watch battery replaced. This took no time at all. In the meantime, I looked at their jewelry and ended up buying myself a Valentine’s Day gift - a set of beautiful earrings. Both the service and the earrings were reasonably priced. Rose and her colleague were personable and professional. I recommend this place! I won’t be going elsewhere myself!"
"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Took my brand new longines watch to get a simple battery replacement. The lady in charge said no problem. She takes my watch to the back and all I hear is loud banging. 5 minutes later she comes back and says she cannot do it and doesn’t have the correct tools. I take a look at the back of the watch and see massive scratches all over the back. I question her about this and she starts yelling at me and tells me to get the f—k out of her store. Didn’t offer to fix the issue and refused to reimburse me anything for the damage she caused."
