"He was on time n presentable. I had two issue. A leaky garden faucet and a loose toilet seat. The faucet was easy enough he replaced the facade solved the leak. In the toilet seat, I left him to do something else and after 15-20 minutes I came back. He had adjusted the toilet seat but it appeared short for its size. I told him that came with the toilet. It’s not a replacement. He said well at least the seat doesn’t move anymore. He did an ocular if the two heaters never touched ut, took pics n left. I went back to the toilet seat n took a look at it. It wasn’t like that before he came. Loose but it fit. I disassembled it and realized that he did not pivot the pins if the toilet seat. (In fairness I didn’t know how to disassemble until he showed me what he did. Anyway. I turned the pins and it aligned perfectly. A little more thought would have solved it. He gave up to soon."
