"By far one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. Max and Molika are extremely greedy, very suspect, and DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. We have come here for years. Every single time we've been serviced or bought something we've had issues. Their jewelers have terrible craftsmanship. I had a jump ring added to a pendant for my son. It looks awful. It's not even symmetrical and they didn't use gold. The original bale was significant in weight and size and they put this skimpy cheap one on. They used silver and you can see it on the gold. They tried to rip us off when I came to trade out a pendant and chain for my son's necklace. They were dishonest about the price we should have been refunded. My husband once bought me a beautiful garnet ring in white gold for Mother's Day. 4 days later the stone was very loose. We took it in and they said the "prongs needed to be replaced because they were worn out". In 4 days really????? They wouldn't fix it without us paying. It was a brand new ring! My parents had their platinum rings melted down to make new ones. The new design used less platinum. The store kept the remaining platinum and barely gave them any credit towards the new rings. They ripped my parents off. Please beware! As I was leaving the store, they kept talking SO MUCH about their craftsmanship and how it's better than a competitors. Focus on yourself Max, stop pushing others down. Your craftsmanship isn't all that. GO BACK TO SCHOOL. Shame on them and I will never shop with them again or recommend anyone to their store EVER. Max and Molika -- LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!"

"Horrible nightmare of an experience. Max and Molinka are completely dishonest, prowl on customers like predetors. I was ripped off by hundreds of dollars. Please BE AWARE! I also witnessed some thugs come in and sell stolen jewlery right in front of my face. Mr. Max greeted them as if they were close friends. SHADY SHADY business. Shame on you Max!"

"Max is okay, the only problem I had with the shop is his wife, Molika. Max helped me with a diamond previously, great experience. However, I kept telling Molika I wanted to buy a 14 carat bracelet, but she kept trying to sell me a 18 carat bracelet. Eventually, I left after frustration and shopped next door in the jewelry mart."

"Sold me an 18k yellow gold engagement ring that happens to be BRASS, NOT GOLD. I tried to get a refund but Max denies selling it, even after having a receipt. Better Business Bureau needs to shut this place down"
