"My homeowners association needed a convenient place to hold two of our Town Hall meetings, so booked the WO clubhouse. The room is rectangular and we had the option to place the speaker in front of the view to the pool, or in front of a solid wall on the east end. We tried both. If it is early and the sun is still out, you probably do not want to have the participants facing the pool during a business meeting. However, since the space has a great view of the pool area, it would be the perfect place to hold a party, with access to the pool area via sliding glass doors on the south side of the room. The building looks like it is new, was very clean and was the perfect venue to hold our meeting. A big plus is that it offers ample parking as well as large and clean restrooms. The clubhouse also offers a set-up/holding area that enabled us to easily provide sandwiches and drinks for participants. We would definitely book it again - in fact, we are planning another meeting and plan on using it."
