"Disappointed. Went to the store in Novato hoping to buy our above ground pool locally. They were 4K more expensive so I bought elsewhere. Went in yesterday to ask some questions and the man working there said “oh yeah you’re the girl who wanted to shop locally. I spoke to my boss an hour after you left and it turns out I was showing you all the wrong things and we could have saved you money.” Um... ok. Well that’s a bummer."

"Incredibly helpful!! I went in today because our pool guy disappeared on us. They offered to test my water and let me know what's going on with it so I can maintain myself. They also offer free install on any equipment purchased there! Will absolutely be back when we replace our pump and heater."
