"Tried calling 5 times over the last week. Never answers phone. Finally got ahold of someone. Asked if she could check 2 diamond rings for me. Looked at them and said these are fake. Didnt even test them. I asked a few questions and she wanted to charge me for the answers. Said she already gave me 60.00 worth of info. Wow really? I asked if she could weigh a ring for me straight said no thats extra. Wanted to charge 10.00 for an acid test. This jeweler is a joke and needs to learn customer service skills. Ive never in my life been charged for info or an acid test from ANY jeweler but her. Go up to rons jewelry he is way nicer then this lady and wont charge you to test a ring. You should be ashamed of yourself lady."
