"A year or so ago, I was in search of a new wedding ring to replace my old one, but was very hesitant due to a very bad experience I had with another jeweler. I found a ring that I fell in love with and contacted the company that owned it. They referred me to Servis and Taylor because they were the closest jewelers to us that the company that owned the ring worked with. Little did I know that meeting the owners of Servis and Taylor would change the way I thought about gemstones and jewelry forever. Many years prior, due to the negative experience we had with the other jeweler, my trust and confidence was destroyed so I was no longer able to enjoy gemstones and jewelry for what I thought would be forever. It was very upsetting because gemstones had been a big love in my life for as long as I could remember, however, after this incident, I basically turned my back on something that brought me great joy and excitement. The ring I had discovered was so beautiful that I decided to at least give it a try, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The owners (Maggie and Carlos) turned out to be people I didn't even know existed in the industry. They were absolutely top rate in knowledge, integrity, honesty, patience, and gently guiding my husband and me (without any pressure whatsoever) in the direction I needed to be guided in. In all truthfulness, they are two of the most wonderful people my husband and I have ever met. We did end up purchasing the ring and were so thrilled with it in so many ways, that we have purchased many things from them since, and every purchase has been and joyful and exciting experience. They gave me the gift of loving and enjoying gems and jewelry back, which is something I never thought I would have again and in itself is priceless. "This incredible store is owned by the nicest, most talented team!!!! We stopped in to the store time and time again (as my husband wanted to try on a few different bands) and were always greeted with warm smiles. He ended up choosing a handcrafted titanium band, and Carlos and Maggie helped make my customized diamond wedding band to perfectly match my engagement ring. We couldn’t be more happy with our bands, and couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us. We cannot recommend Servis and Taylor enough!!!!!"

"Like other reviews, I would totally give these guys 10 stars if I could. I was introduced to Maggie and Carlos through a friend...and I am so happy to have met them! They helped us with our wedding bands and I really couldn't be happier (Carlos made mine and Maggie helped us order a George Sawyer ring for my husband). What really make these guys stand out is the commitment and passion they both bring to their work. Maggie is so patient and knowledgeable, it's wonderful to be able to ask her pros/cons about this style of rings as opposed to another. This is completely the opposite of my experience with Brilliant Earth --where we got my engagement ring. Although the ring is really beautiful (I do love it)---what I didn't anticipate is that after getting the ring, wearing it, life happens and there comes a point where the ring may need servicing. With Brilliant Earth, being such a big company, we had to drop off the ring at a store location, where the person there couldn't speak to what needs to be done. The ring was the shipped off to another office, where a jeweler somewhere inspects the ring and sends back a report. For me this really felt like a black box...not being able to talk to anyone who was immediately working on the ring, I was only able to speak to a customer service rep who acted as the middle man. At Servis and Taylor, Maggie and Carlos are the team that does everything...it's amazing! So helpful to speak to her about my hopes and dreams and she can tell me exactly what can/cannot done and why...and even better Carlos is there as well if need be. And did I mention Carlos does amazing work....I am so happy to have them as the jewelers I can go to and trust. Thank you!"
