"We recently had windows replaced with Good News. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Their office manager, Etta was sweet and professional. (Though they are based in Roseville, they had no problem coming out to Vacaville.) Etta kept in contact with us throughout the process. First an estimator/ sales person came out to give us the cost. Then the installer, came to get precise measurements, look over the job, and explain the process. Within about 6 weeks our custom windows were ready. Our installer and his helper were careful about our house, covering all the floors, and cleaning up afterward. The job they did was beautiful. The service was exceptional, and the price was fair. I liked that Etta called after the job was finished to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!"
