"Absolutely awful experience and customer service. My parents drove in town from out of state, and I suggested to them that they get an oil change here, as it was near our house. They took their truck in to get and oil change, and the shop took it upon themselves to do a quick inspection and while doing so, they apparently removed the cap to the antifreeze and left it off. They finished the oil change ($128) and my parents headed up the mountain. Within 10 minutes of going up the mountain, their truck overheated and went into shut down mode. It turns out the Meineke worker left the cap off while doing the inspection, and it was sitting right there on the motor when my parents were on the side of the road. My parents had to go to a store to buy antifreeze (while not knowing if they also needed to bleed the lines) and attend to the car themselves. I called Meineke to notify them of the issue, and although the store worker accepted responsibility and apologized, I was ultimately told that they would not issue my parents a refund for the $128 they spent on the oil change at Meineke or even a partial refund for the $75 they spent on antifreeze in order to get back on the road (which ONLY had to be spent because of the worker’s negligence in removing the cap to the antifreeze and not replacing it). The store employee contacted the store owner, who declined to give my parents any refund. He merely offered them another oil change, even though I was very clear that my parents do not live in state. Despite my request, I still have not heard from store owner. Awful experience."

"I do not know what has happened to this place. Scheduled an appointment online for 02/14/2024. Called to confirm the appointment. Showed up 15 minutes prior. the place was empty, with no employees found. The door was wide open. Observed car keys unsecured, hanging on the wall. Sad to see the downfall of this once thriving business."
