I've sat through several timeshare sales pitches and other heavy sales tactic situations and Rose Remodel uses a couple of heavy sales tactics in just the quote process. Local company so I was interested in what a bathroom remodeling might look like for us. First returned call informed me I needed to have my wife present and the time would be 60 to 90 minutes. For a bathroom quote? Give me a break. After the quote meeting where I had to hold firm to my own requirements I was then called for the next 3 days asking me to set another appointment that would include my wife in the decisions. These guys are determined that's for sure"

Firstly, there was a blatant disregard for honesty. I was misled about installation prices, leading to a significant overcharge. The promises made were empty, and the work was left unfinished despite assurances it would be completed. What's most disheartening is the apparent willingness of the staff to do anything to make a sale, even if it means sacrificing integrity. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Rose Remodeling .My experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would caution others against the frustration and disappointment I encountered."

"Morgan was very informative about the company, the products, warranty and licensing. Great products and warranties. I really enjoyed him showing info on some of the other companies that I got bids from and how, without an active license, they can't honor a warranty even if they offer one. I will surely be picking this company to do my roof."
