"I have brought 2 cars in within the last few months to the Sheldon location. With both cars I had to do a return visit. Both cars leaked oil after visit. The first car they forgot to put the washer on drain plug . They said they had a new person in training. The second car they claimed it wasn't washed down properly. The receipt they gave me on second car only mentioned Leak Inspection, nothing about what they did to resolve issue. Also with second car they recommended Engine and air filter. I ended up replacing those items myself and noticed 2 clips on on Engine filter housing wasn't clipped. Also noticed they didn't connect the mini shock for the cabinet air filter. I'm pretty much done with Jiffy Lube, I'll probably just take it to Dealer next time."

"This jiffy lube location is so horrible.The worker are lazy even the manager.I went to get some air in my back tires and the guy has me waiting 10 minutes while him and another worker sat there talking to each other. Horrible service will never go back there! Oh and I never got any air in my back two tires either.."
