"A++ Highly Recommend!!! TLDR: best company I could have asked for, even if my idea didn't work, they did above and beyond to try to make it happen. I hope you'll invest in the full story below. I rushed into a project to remove this horrendous structure that was taking up valuable surface space, as well as precious visual space. Essentially unable to see the entire backyard past this thing. Previous owner's someone built this initially as a fountain, that was never completed. They instead filled it with dirt and random foliage that died without proper soil. Without really knowing what was inside, I contacted ACE Handyman, among others, to collect general estimates. I'm so happy that I decided to go with ACE Handyman! Not only did this structure, from the underworld that even Hades would despise, end up being MASSIVELY overbuilt externally, it was full of rebar and could probably survive 1950's era bombs. ACE worked incredibly hard to get as much of this failed fountain demolished and hauled away as possible and as close to estimate/budget as possible. Vincent was my initial contact and also worked on-site, as well as Taya working on-site. Both of them were amazing contractors, excellent hard-working AND polite as can be! Both of them were very focused on getting the work done as well as ensuring a safe space was left so my toddler and big-little kid would be safe outside in their own backyard. As seen in the pictures, the entire structure wasn't able to be removed. This was NOT a fault of ACE, but of the original owner/builder and budget. The underground portion of the structure would have required heavy machinery to remove that I just wasn't able and willing to employ. Sometimes, having a company you can not succeed with is even more important. Vincent and Taya did EVERYTHING they could and offered everything they had to help me achieve my goal. And when I couldn't, thus, they couldn't, they felt genuinely sad that they weren't able to deliver on my plans. That is the company you want working for you and your dreams. The company that literally goes above and beyond to even TRY to help you succeed and have your property based dreams come true. While it didn't turn out exactly as I wanted, it sure as heck is MASSIVELY improved and even starting to look a little cute. I WILL be calling ACE for any and all future handyperson related services I need in the future."

The price for this service was exceptionally reasonable and Mike did an AMAZING job hanging our lights. He had such a great attitude and work ethic. "Was a learning experience on all sides. Took much longer and was 3x price as original estimate! Took a long time to schedule, get supplies, correct supplies, install properly and get door to close somewhat properly. After first day, was hard to schedule and get completed to our satisfaction. Final project looks good, but still gaps in door and around perimeter. What good is a screened porch that lets bugs in?! Contractor also never got back to us on second project."
