These guys were awesome and super compensating with my issues, gave us updates every day and easily could have made more money off the service but were very kind and we did not have to pay anything more that we should have; took incredible amounts of responsibility and were very helpful and patient with my problematic a** car! "Quick story... We came up for smog but our check engine light was on. We brought the car to John's and they were able to diagnose the problem, get rid of the lights, and get us all ready to pass smog. The best part is that they're honest. They didn't try to gouge us. They tried some easy fixes, and only when they determined that more was needed, did they do more. Also, they were good about communicating with me throughout the process (even texting me as requested). Job well done. Highly recommended!"
