"I am so pleased with the services I received at Automotive Service of Roseville. Kieran advised me and Fabian (I hope that’s right) did my Service A. Kieran told me I need a need tire as there is a “bubble”. I don’t drive my car very often so I am happy to know I need to replace a tire. The service fees are more than fair. Everyone here is so honest. I appreciate that."

"The shop was highly recommended. Came in for steering noise and a hard-to-turn wheel. The evaluation said to replace the steering gear and a leaky hose attached to it. The car had all the same issues when I brought it in and as well the steering wheel at dead center was at 2 o'clock now. Did they even test-drive it after the fix? They said the steering pump needed to be replaced at some point. The car not fixed. They also charged $220 (1.1 hour) to replace a hose they had to remove anyway when they replaced the. steering gear. When discussed with the manager Bill there was no offer to fix anything. I have to now take the car somewhere else to get it fixed. $1300 dollar rip-off. The worst part about it is they did not even admit anything they did wrong."

"My Dad visited here and I picked him up, he mentioned that the gentleman that was at the location late was very nice and helpful even though he arrived at 6pm which I can really appreciate. Plus it was really nice there was plenty of light in the front of the business so I felt I didn't have to worry about my Dad being there for a few mins alone. Overall Thank you very much for all you do I'm sure my Dad will be a return customer!!"
