"I used him randomly for 3 years now for plumbing issues I can’t DIY. This time I got a leak from bathroom floor which originates from bottom corner wall next to the shower. Leaks start whenever I turn on the shower. He came in, diagnosed the problem and then fix the shower knob. Tada! No more leaks. While he’s on it, I also ask for him to fix the other bathroom’s shower knob because it hard to rotate. He got it again. He didn’t leave until temperature balance between hot and cold was good. It’s worthy of five stars!"
