"This cleaner makes too many errors and we are tired of having to take clothing back for re-dos. They have given us the wrong shirts twice, and just recently charged us $2.19 for a non cash CC swipe on a $55 bill. Usually only $10 and under gets charged. I would go back in but the owner is rude. I'm happily taking my business elsewhere to a more highly rated cleaners. Luckily there is one right across the street!"

"They are too expensive and their policy on accepting coupons is ridiculous. I had 26 shirts to drop off and 4 coupons valid for $1.00 off each for up to 10 shirts. The counter person said that they would not accept multiple coupons for the same day. In other words, to use the coupons, I would have to leave 10 shirts one day, 10 the next and 6 on the third day. I packed up my shirts and drove 1/2 mile down Fair Oaks Blvd. and found a very helpful person at Save On Cleaners. They charge only $2.00 per shirt if you pay cash. I previously used Arden Fair Cleaners because I was new to the area and they were close to my home. Many times, they would not return shirts for four or more days. I will never go back there - it is not worth the cost, the wait time, the poor customer service and the aggravation. Getting business shirts laundered should not be as challenging as Arden Fair Cleaners make it."

"Friendly staff. Cleaning and tailoring are always done on time. If you ask, they will do things a bit quicker. Prices seem comparable to other places, though they are a bit high."
