"Called for a basic cleaning. I showed the cleaning man 1 spot on my carpet he said don't worry I'll use a little bleach. It took 2 days for my carpet to dry. I left home because it was still wet. When I got home you could see admittedly bleach streaks from his machine. I called to complain and the lies started. So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. agreed to give me half my money back and wanted me to sign a agreement. I guess I didn't sign it fast enough for them they canceled the agreement. They said they don't use bleach if that was the case why offer me money back. Here a photo of before he started and after my carpet dryed. But he didn't use bleach."

But, he came and got it all up.. A deep cleaning.. I will be using him again before Christmas.. Thank you again ."
