"Very professional and ultra conscientious. Nam and Pablo were so professional, and unobtrusive. They were quiet, and went about their business efficiently. The had to get giant ladder inside my dome house, and it was challenging because it’s 12 feet off the ground. I have a fairly narrow deck that runs around the house, and the doorways aren’t unobstructed. They maneuvered around obstacles, plants, furniture, and didn’t bump one item, doorjamb or wall. My atrium windows are scary high, and they climbed up no problem, out on the roof and even inside. Nam even offered to help me put covers back on my control boxes of remote controlled windows up there, that I would never be able to reach. They went above and beyond doing the windows, windowsills, and screens. They cleaned up behind themselves, and asked all along the way what I thought so far. If you want a company that takes pride in their work, calls and shows up on time, and does all the little extras, use them. From the initial call that came immediately after I inquired, to calling in the days before my scheduled appointment to offer time slots that came up for cancellations, they did everything right. They took an hour to do the estimate, listed the number of each window, if it was single or Pella, since those have to be cleaned inside also, to the fee for the high windows, everything was upfront, no surprises. I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done. On top of that, they left my windows sparkling and screens spotless. I will never use anyone else. Fantastic experience on a very challenging job!"
