Their employees are exceptional, and hard working. I just recently used them, right after they left, a delivery company made a mess on the JUST CLEANED carpet. After a quick call, Kevin turned right back around, came over and fixed it. Phenomenal company."

"Jordan did a wonderful job on our carpets. He’s friendly, efficient and hard working. He has done our carpets before and I was happy to see that he was our technician again. My only issue was with payment, they do not accept checks and charge fee for credit card use, I did not have enough cash for payment. This seemed very unprofessional to notify of this policy on a Sunday evening with early morning service."
