"If I could give no stars I would. I dropped my items off in November 2023. I returned to pick them up a few weeks later, only to be told that I picked it up already when I had not. I explained to the shop owner that no one picked up my dry cleaning for me, so my things were either still there, given away, or stolen. She continued to tell me that would NEVER happen, and I just needed to check my closet. She then said the last time I dropped something off was a year ago, when I have receipts of dropping several items off this year. She was dismissive and lied to my face. I had a very nice Calvin Klien jacket and a few sweaters that are now gone with no explanation. Leaving your items here would be a major risk as you may not get them back!!!! Terrible experience!!!"

"Had been taking my clothes to this cleaners for more than a year. I am a tall guy and own a pair of 501 Jeans that I have been giving Greenhaven Cleaners to dry clean only, knowing they would shrink if there are machine washed. Well recently I picked up my dry cleaning and the 501 Jeans had been washed and pressed. Big no no. They were 2 sizes too small. Couldn't button them up and they were at least 3-4" too short even with the small cuff in them. Took the pants back and asked why did they wash my pants when I asked they be dry cleaned only as before the last several times. Well the attendant told me "Leave with me and I will have them stretched back to your size". This does not excuse the fact they were faded with white marks running through the jeans. I asked for the number of the owner and it was provided. When I spoke to the owner he explained "The label says machine wash". I informed him I am the customer and I requested that they be dry cleaned and pressed. This was not a pleasant experience. All I asked for was my pants to be replaced, make it right for your customer. All over $60 price for jeans, as a business owner that would be the last thing I would argue with my customers for. For this reason they have lost my business and refuse to recommend anyone go there because of a small mistake. Sorry no photo to show of the Jeans......"

"Not sure about the previous posts/reviews and bad experiences, but since moving to the Pocket 4 months ago, I've had about 2-dozen shirts laundered and pressed with no issues. In addition to those, I've had 2 suits cleaned including a 3-piece suit cleaned twice, and a 1930's vintage tuxedo. On top of that, my wife had a pair of 1940's vintage ballroom gloves cleaned and they turned out great. Until they give me a very good reason not to go there, which at this point would be a catastrophic failure of some kind and then leaving me hanging out to dry, I see no reason why I would not continue to use them."
