"Slow service. Dropped off suits on a Saturday and they still weren’t ready by Wednesday evening. Showed up right before they were going to close to give them as much time as possible and I still had to wait. The man didn’t apologize to me once for not being ready when they said initially. Didn’t seem to care."
"Quoted me a price(which was on my pickup receipt) on a hem for dress and to add a closure for the chest area. When i returned to pick up she decided to up my payment by saying she is gonna charge more for the closure she added when she had already given me a set price that was on the receipt. Be careful when it comes to payment they will try to sneak in extra charges by lying about prices."
