"We have had Truly Nolen for a couple years now and we are happy customers. Our technician is Jose Gomez and has been for a while now. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. Anytime I present a pest issue he not only addresses it but also takes the time to explain why I may be having that issue. There has been a couple times I have had them come back out to re- spray and have never had a problem with them coming out. I would highly recommend Jose to all my neighbors and friends."
"I’ve contacted Truly Nolen today after we heard scratches inside our walls, and they were very responsive. Larry came out and took the time to explain to me what they look for. We could not find anything near where the noise was coming in the wall. He was very honest with me through the whole process. He even helped plug a potential whole (which is the whole we later think was how the rodent got into our house). We later in the day discovered mouse droppings in the pantry. I called Larry back as I decided to immediately start service. He was with another customer but was able to reach out to Royce to come out. Royce took the chance to make sure all the vents are covered and helped narrow down the issue to the kitchen. When he was on the roof my wife and mother found the mouse in the downstairs bedroom. Royce came down and we were able to corner it into running into one of the traps! It was comforting to know that we caught something. I really hope it’s the only one, but he did leave out traps throughout the areas we think the mouse has been going through, and Larry or Royce will be coming by on Friday to do the smoke test to make sure they didn’t get into the pipes. Overall happy with how the first day went, Royce and Larry are both great professionals!"
"I want to begin this review by speaking highly about all the personnel that work at this location. Each one that I spoke to was very polite, courteous, and addressed us with respect whenever we interacted with them. However, just about ever other aspect of their work and service has been the worst that I have encountered within any business. To start with, the initial person who conducted the inspection was very polite and professional. The person who spoke to us about our pests (bed bugs) was very knowledgeable about the situation and explained what the process would be like if we were to choose them. The person even went so far as to give advice in the event we went with another company, all with a very respectful tone, which impressed me enough to ultimately choose this company to assist with our problem. Unfortunately, this is where it all goes downhill. For the entire year we had this service, there has only been ONE time that hasn’t led to any sort of problem with them coming out to fumigate. The biggest issue is their absolutely TERRIBLE sense of time management. No matter what time we scheduled them to come out to spray, there was constant issues with them doing so. From them not arriving on time, arriving too early, to receiving calls on completely different days to the scheduled one to come out and spray, they very rarely ever got to our property at the time of the actual appointment. Imagine setting up a date for them to come out to fumigate, only to receive a call while I’m at work asking me if I’m ready for them to go over a few days beforehand? And when I state that we had an appointment set for a reason, their response is, “let me see if I can still get someone to come out that day,” as if I never had an appointment to begin with. I’m sure some people have plenty of time to change their plans, but just so, there are those that can’t. The last straw however, came on my last day of fumigation. I realized that I had not received a call for confirmation, which I just knew was a bad sign. I called, and as I suspected, they had me down for a completely different day. The receptionist states she is going to check to see if she can still have someone come out, but I never get a return call. Yet, out of the blue, the manager is at our door, asking if we’re ready. No call from the receptionist to confirm they were still coming out, and no call to let me know they were on their way, as they usually do, which makes me think the whole thing was a fraud. Best part? Turns out that the fumigation isn’t going to work, according to the manager. There’s too much stuff in the house, and we’ll have to do a full tent fumigation. How interesting that for the full year we were doing this, that not one person ever mentioned this to us, gave us a warning about it before signing a contract, or even presented the option of it being a possibility. Not even 15 minutes after being given this information, I get a call about the options for this new fumigation. Great. Now if only they could follow up after the contract is signed as well. There’s one thing I absolutely despise, and that’s my time being wasted. Truly Nolan, you have Truly wasted my time. And I only hope this review will stop others from wasting theirs dealing with you. Update: The problems just keep in coming. I had been asking when I need to cancel my membership, so I don’t get charged for more than what was contracted. For months (and I do mean months), I kept getting told, “October. October is the end of my contract, so make sure I call to cancel.” So, I did. Only to be told, “I don’t know why they said October, it’s in December.” I swear these people (or at least the receptionists) have no idea how to manage accounts properly."
"Today Reggie came out to my home, Reggie did an Awesome job, he came earlier than my scheduled appointment time which was Awesome. He is very friendly and nice. I reccomend Reggie to everyone. He does a Very Good Job."

He's got strong communication skills, super friendly and he really just gets the job done in a timely fashion to make sure that we are able to get back to doing things at the store. Thank you guys!
