"CUSTOMERS...BEWARE!!! Because of the rising cost of gas, the owner has decided to turn the hot water off, for all the washers. I had to call and complain, for her to call the worker and have her turn the hot water back on, after I had already washed most of our clothes. No sign warning us, just taking our money but without the option of using hot water. This is not ethical or professional. I suggest you ask the attendant if the hot water is turned on, if you plan on washing."
