"I used karlas Housekeeping for about 4 months and how I wish I would of read the reviews. They are superficial cleaning ladies and even after I talked to them about the issues the next time they cleaned they did the same midtakes and then some. My issues were as followed: long fast streaks when they vacummed never vacuumed around furniture and their vacumm didn't pick up much. They mopped and my floor had the same stains streaks and their footprints all over . Superficial counter cleaning in bathrooms and kitchen. Mirrors with streaks all over the house. Hallway pictures never dusted. My master shower never cleaned as well as my fan over stove can continue bottom line was when I saw the lady "vacuum " my living room and saw how they "mopped" with an inch of water and bearly heard the water running as they "ckeanned" my kitchen and bathroom. (I was home sick that day)When I spoke to carla she offered a maid for a day service to get "detail " done,ummm!that is all basic cleaning! She was more worried about telling me how long she's been in business and how Rebekah the one in charge of the 3 ladies had been with her 12 yrs and didn't have any complaints (doubt that now). If you want a cleaning your 10yr old can do this is the place and your 10 yr old will be cheaper. Bad business. After reading your reply I did say my sister has a business up north .... up north which Is no benefit to her me giving you a review for how unprofessional your crew is. If I wanted to promote my sisters business I would put her business and license in my review which I didn't.... again you take no responsibility instead you try on blaming the consumer. This just proves the point on how unprofecional you and your crew is."

"They are the worst. Charged me 120.00 for 1 hour of nothing. They are so lazy. I had to have 2 friends come over the next before the shower to help me clean. They didn’t even sweep under the dining table. Had to ask the to redo my bedroom. All they did was dust. I called the owner she said she would get back to me never did.....stay away from them. Later losers."

"I had another company no show this morning, and with guests coming to stay for the weekend, I was really in a bind. My daughter called Carla's and they were able to come out same day to clean my house! I was apprehensive because I googled them after she had arranged for them to come out and saw some negative reviews, but my experience was great. The did a great job at a very fair price!! I am so grateful that they were able to help me and my house is now guest ready!!"

"I have used Carla's House Keeping for several years now. They arrive on time, are very polite and do an excellent job. With the long hours I work, I appreciate coming home when they have been there and everything is so clean and neat."

"DO NOT EVEN WASTE your time!!!! They are honestly a joke!!!! I have NEVER EVER encountered such crooks and lazy service before! They don't mop, do not sweep or vacuum, disinfect, or clean ANYTHING for the $180 or more they charge! 3 ladies came here an hour and some late. In one and half hours they "were done". I checked the rooms and I was appalled! They seriously need to be investigated this is not a joke! After Carla the Owner insisted I give them 100 bucks I was disgusted and said NO WAY take my 50 and good luck! 2 of the 3 ladies looked like they were done for the day as soon as they had walked in the door! Not to mention that I couldn't even speak to them because they didn't understand me. I am really frustrated with these cleaning people! They make more money per hour than... I won't go there ... if they were worth it then by all means i would even throw in a tip but that is only in my dreams! Just a warning! Beware!"
