I often times need overnight emergency service and the uniforms are always done on time and amazing. Thank you!! I've been using this dry cleaners for 10 years. They know my name when I walk in the door and often times my clothes have already been pulled down and ready to go. "It’s so absurd that the owner is calling me and a friend to take the previous post down. Yesterday, I got a call from an unknown number and he tells me that he is a manger that over sees all the stores, but wouldn’t tell me his name or his phone number. When I declined to take the post down and asked him to not call us anymore, he just went on yelling and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. Needless to say, I hung up. He then called me 5 more times. He said ‘lawsuit and court’. This is the most ridiculous and disrespectful way to run a business. To think that he can bully and harass a past customer because of a negative review that he didn’t like, it’s ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I think it’s unprofessional when you were quoted one amount and it’s more when someone else comes to pick it up. They had the items for over a week and the shirts were wrinkled and not cleaned. Even though this was brought to the lady’s attention , she not once apologized for it. And it’s going to take another week to get it right. This is the first time here and it will be the last time. I came back to pick up the shirts and they were still in same wrinkled and dirty condition. I have to take it to some where else to get it done right. Waste of time. This place is terrible."

If your a professional who expects professional results, turn away. You will save yourself alot of frustration....."
