"I had never been to Kona before and now I’ll never go back. I took a dress in to be steamed and it came back with a huge snag in the front and 4 stains ! This is a dress that I had just purchased and never wore before. I was extremely disappointed. The one good thing is the girl refunded my money right away. She also offered to send it back out to redo it but honestly I wouldn’t trust that it came back the same or worse."

"brought 2 jackets in for cleaning, they emailed me as soon as they were ready for pickup on the 2nd day.both jackets were cleaned and specific targeted areas were done perfectly. I haven't had to clean my jackets since I retired so I 'm not familiar with prices. I'm happy with results and will use them again"

"i had a need for a specific bed comforter with feathers to be cleaned and it was after 5pm so i figured i was out of luck but luckily Kona Cleaners popped up and they were open until 7p i quickly made my way over after calling to confirm that they clean comforters. i don't recall the name of the young lady who helped me on the phone and in person but she was also there a few days later when i picked up my order. they really communicate very well with sending you a text and/or email when your order is finished and you're able to reply when you are going to pick up as well. i'll be sure to come back and bring some clothes or other items soon."
