"5/28/20 I've been using the services of PC since 2014, or, so. Excellent work, very nice staff & ... great ... & very PATIENT ... customer service. I had an item there "forever" ... meaning waaaay past the "time limit." When I FINALLY could pick up my item this past April, it happened to be during the "Covid panic," & their hours had been greatly reduced - closing at 1:00pm weekdays instead of 6:00pm or 7:00pm. Unfortunately, for various reasons, I cannot get there before 6:00pm/7:00pm. So, the Plaza Cleaners staff was *extremely accommodating* to me, offering to DELIVER my item to my apt, which they did! I dont know if this is something you normally do, but ... THANK YOU, PLAZA CLEANERS! You definitely have a loyal customer!"
