"Completely ruined my grandfathers military jacket. They washed and dried a wool jacket!? The color washed out and it shrank. The fur collar came out, it looks awful. Bad customer service top of all that. Because it is a military jacket it was still worth $200. They would only give me $50, if I wanted any more money then they wouldn't give me back my grandfathers jacket. Just awful, they ruined a family heirloom."
