"We bought 2 bags and 5 Lucy pouches. Asked if they have wrapping services. Unfortunately no. That’s fine. So we requested smaller papers bag for the 5 Lucy pouches, which are for gifts. She only could provide us 3 bags as she insisted they are running low. Totally unhappy with such a service. What’s the difference from 5 customers who buy one each time?! It is unfair and not reasonable!!"

However some employees are bit unfriendly and are busy socializing between themselves rather than taking care of their customers. The Asian petite worker is super nice and friendly. I highly recommend you talk to her and get help from her. She tells you about the current deals and price checks and totals everything for you, before purchasing. Super helpful and make my experience well."

"Nice store. Pretty designs on bags. Good at running promotions. Average ladies bags averages around 200 bucks. Good promotions range around $99-150. For me these hand bags have better design and material than Michael's Kors. But the lady at store was very friendly as you walk in and I didn't hear from anyone after that or no one really offered any help. Clean store. Nice collections."
