"Yesterday I went to the outlets and stoped by Kay last minute. Corinna greeted me and made me feel welcome. As soon as we started to talk Corinna started coughing and I realized she was so sick. I felt terrible for her. I understand the need to work especially when it's a busy time. But the most important thing is taking care of yourself. Corinna felt bad because she didn't want to make me sick but I assured her I have a strong immune system. I left and my heart broke for her knowing how sick she was and still working. "Really disappointed with this store today.. I took my ring to get repairs since the stone fell off from my ring and when they gave me my ring back they had given me a stone that had a completely different color. My ring had a clear store when I bought it and when I picked it up today they had replaced it with and blue stone.. Waste of $300.. Not only that but after showing the sales lady the before pictures of how the stone looked liked she insisted that the blue would wear off and turn clear. Avoid Kay honestly you won't get what you're looking for. Not to mention how stuck up some of the staff are. The clear stone was the original the blue one was the one they gave me afterwards"
