"Horrible customer service. Stood in line to pay for my one item .. Sofia was talking on the phone for about 5 minutes before I kindly asked her if there was only 2 ppl working so I could be rung up. (There was another employee there piercing someone’s ear) she then proceeded to say it was just them two. She finished her call a minute later and rang me up .. My total was $16.20 I wanted to pay with a 100$ bill but she then said she had no change at all .. I asked if there was anywhere she could get change in the back but she said no because if she left it would get very busy but there was no one one more customer and her other employee there .. I asked for her store phone number and she then yelled and said I was being very rude .. I was with my 7 yr old daughter so decided to walk away. I Left with my daughter upset and crying since we couldn’t buy her “mini” toy . I ended up going somewhere else, got change , came back and purchased what I originally came for. What a waste of time! Thanks Sofia. P.S maybe a “no100$ bill accepted” sign would be helpful for future reference."

"All the girls at Claire's are wonderful they were very helpful today when I was shopping for a gift for my niece's first choir performance! They literally know me I've been there so many times. They become like family! Great place by all means go shop there!"

"Took my granddaughter to get her ear pierced. She was shown a chart of earrings and she choose a pair. Shame on me for not asking for the price but it came out to be over WAY more expensive than i thought. I could have went to walmart and did a row of piercings for that price. What would have happened if i did not have that kind of money ? Shouldn't have the sales person let us know the price before she pierced the ears ? Will not go again"

"if it wasn't because I was racially profiled by one employee who said was some type of manager, I would give it 5 stars (it was that bad). Other than her, I love this place. It is always stocked well, pretty clean, and has the best sales from all Claire's. Most Claire's have sales on certain occasions, but this Claire's always has good deals! Not just that, stocked pretty well with about 4 two sided towers. My favorite Claire's (except when that rude lady is in)."
