"They destroyed my engagement ring. This happened awhile ago but my wife was too embarrassed to tell me until now. When they sized her platinum engagement ring down, they did not keep the original knife edge shape of the Vatche U113 band! They polished the knife edge finish right out of ONE SIDE of the ring so it was lopsided! One side was rounded and the other was knife edge. She noticed this after leaving, returned within the hour to have it fixed, and they basically scolded her and said "well if you wanted to keep the original shape of the band, you needed to let us know this beforehand." Which of course, is just an excuse. They fixed it to the best of their ability but the shape was never the same. It was much thinner and lighter than if they would have done a proper job. They have devalued the ring and we had the diamond placed into another setting. It saddens me that we had to replace such a sentimental item so soon. Very disappointed with their craftsmanship and ATTITUDE, as l've said she was very happy with their previous work. They have a good amount of reviews so I am sure they do decent work in general. However, if they mess up they should own up to it instead of making excuses. Don’t trust them."

"Went here to have my Cartier watch battery replaced. They were able to do it in about 10 minutes! Perfectly done; really lovely owners and could see other happy customers coming and going. It was a little pricier than I expected (almost the same as at the Cartier store), but I didn’t have to wait weeks for it to come back from servicing which was worth it. Would recommend!"

"My husband recently replaced my wedding set, after it was stolen but the replacement engagement ring needed sizing and the diamonds are channel-set--making sizing a bit tricky. After finding this establishment online and reading the reviews, we tried it and they did a marvelous job. So well done that is not obvious to the naked eye that any change was made; we were so pleased with it that we took another ring in for sizing a few weeks later--another wonderful job! We plan to take all future jewelry repairs to these people, they are really nice and do wonderful work at a good price."
