"I am blown away that this place has a solid 5 star rating. Either the reviews were incentivized or my experience was deliberately not the same. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from here, so we felt it was only natural to buy his wedding band from here as well. The whole experience was very lackluster. It felt very similar to what I’d expect shopping at Walmart jewelers would be like mixed with Pretty Woman. Maybe I didn’t look like I was willing to spend the money I did, but even after I agreed to the price the service didn’t improve. When picking up the ring, the service worsened. All in all, there is no outlandish thing this store did, but it definitely wasn’t a 5 star experience- that’s for sure. No excitement, no enthusiasm, just pay us and be on your way."
