"My engagement and wedding rings were purchased from Joe Escobar Diamonds on a recommendation from a friend in 2003. Unfortunately, I lost my engagement ring a few years ago. I knew that when I was ready to replace it, I was going back to JED. Having moved out of state and luckily having Family in California, I have had some opportunities to visit the good West. Chasing to the point, my last visit to JED was back in November, during Thanksgiving. I had placed my order to replace my engagement ring. "Excellent experience. They have beautiful pieces. I had been looking for an engagement ring for a long time and saw it the moment I walked in. I loved the setting but wanted it with a platinum halo and rose gold band. That meant looking for a different stone but I was very pleased that the owner quickly approved for me to have the stone and have it reset. The result came out perfectly, exactly as I wanted it. I am hard to please! Lisa was with us every step of the way, always charming and helpful, and never a hard sell. She helped my husband design a beautiful ring with rubies. The pictures do not do the rings justice! Everyone in our wedding party was gobsmacked. Highly recommend!"
