"I found a problem with a repair on my gold chain. After having it repaired and having to take it back a second time to have it repaired correctly, which they charged me for again by saying they are not responsible for how I take car of my jewelry, they made it worse. They did not correct the first repair, and then soldiered the links on my chain just millimeters from the first repair. They have ruined my gold chain and I had to have it shortened by one inch and I had to go to a reptile jewelry repair and have it repaired. Please do not entertain the though of using them,"
