"I would not even leave 1 star but have to in order to post a review.The photo on the left was on display and the photo in the grey box was what was given after sizing with no 14k stamp. Was returned within minutes of receiving. This was at Southland Mall, 23000 Eureka Rd., Taylor, MI 48180. NOT IN CALIFORNIA NOT IN CALIFORNIA!"

"The hours are not accurate. Went at 7:30 pm on a Thursday, and the mall itself was locked. The hours say they are open until 8 pm. I called the store, and no one answered. The mall is closed at 7 pm on Thursdays. Check the malls hours and not Kay's."
