He gave some helpful feedback and after just a little trial and error he helped me find a watch that perfectly fit what I was looking for from a different brand. "Watch out for potential misinformation by the sales. We liked one piece of gold jewelry in the shop. The salesperson Eva told us that the price is calculated by the per gram price of gold and the jewelry is 3 grams. We found it a good deal and bought it. After getting home, we weighed it, and the gold pieces plus strings is less than 2 grams. It does not follow the per-gram price either. We called the shop. Another male staff picked up the phone. He said the item is in the final sale. True. It is written on the receipt and was told by the sales. However, we bought it based on false information about weight. It is pretty much fraud. Then we debated for about 30 seconds in the call, the male staff claimed they are closing. It was 4:30 pm on Sunday and they close at 7 pm. He said "Thank you" then hung up the phone. Follow up: They accept my return now. Changing to 3-star."
